As the Creative Director for EGO's digital AOR since 2021, I've lead a cross-channel approach to build brand awareness, while driving web traffic and retail sales in a highly competitive industry. Our integrated, mobile-first media approach reached customers through email, paid social, and display—resulting in a 10%+ YoY increase in new website users, a 15%+ YoY increase in actively engaged user website sessions, and a 19%+ YoY decrease in website bounce rate.
